Dr. J Carvel Jackson DO FAAPM&R
Dr. Jackson received his osteopathic medical degree from College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific in 1988. He completed residency training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Stanford University in 1992. He is board certified and a fellow of the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and the American Osteopathic Board of Rehabilitation Medicine. He is the founder Addiction Navigators and currently serves as the medical director of Chandler Valley Hope and Renaissance Recovery. He has served as the Medical Director of John J Rhodes Rehabilitation Institute, Health south East Valley Rehabilitation Hospital and Honor Health Rehabilitation Hospital. The physicians of Arizona have recognized his skills by voting him a “Top Doc In Phoenix” multiple times.
Dr. Jackson is dedicated to assisting those struggling with substance use disorders (alcohol, prescription and street drugs), chronic pain and disability.
Kurt Giles – Physician Assistant
I grew up in Wyoming. After serving a 2 year mission for my church, I moved to Arizona. I later married my wife, Rose. We moved to South Dakota and received our bachelor degrees from the University of South Dakota. We then moved California where I attended Western University and received a masters degree in Physician Assistant studies in 2002. Since graduation, I have had the opportunity to work in Physiatry, Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care and the last few years, Addiction Medicine. I have four children with one married and became a proud grandpa to a grandson last year. I love spending time with my family. We enjoy most sports and love attending our kids games and meets. Other hobbies include action movies and board games with the family.
Cami Jackson – Physician Assistant
Cami graduated from Midwestern PA program in 2015. She has experience in electrophysiology, family medicine and addiction and substance abuse. Cami has a passion for helping patients reach their personal health goals and overall quality of life. She loves being physically active, exercising and spending time with family. She is a mom to twin toddlers who keep life busy and full of fun. She cares deeply about each patient and their individual success, and finds joy in playing a small part in helping patient’s establish a healthy and happy lifestyle.
